Helen Ziga is an Atlanta-based artist whose work across sculpture, painting, and design serves as a visual study in equilibrium. Guided by intuition and deep sense of introspection, she creates abstract pieces that give tangible form to the intangible. Her process is one of intentional stillness, balancing tension and harmony through the rhythmic layering of material, color and shape. These works do not seek a final resolution. Rather, they exist as enduring contemplative pauses – offering a sense of grounded presence in any space they inhabit.
