Helen Ziga is a Georgia-based (Atlanta metro OTP) artist whose practice spans sculpture, painting, collage, fiber arts and design. Guided by intuition and introspection, she creates abstract works that give visual form to thought. Her process emphasizes stillness, presence and quiet exploration – balancing tension and harmony through layered materials, color, and shape. Rather than seeking resolution, her pieces invite reflection and open-ended engagement, offering a contemplative pause in the flow of thinking.
