POLICIES

All policies regard only artwork purchased directly from Helen Ziga Studio.

ARTWORK DISPLAY & CARE

Display – Most artworks with hanging wire can be hung on a picture hanger. Smaller pieces (8×8” or under) can also stand or lean on a shelf.

Framing – Works on paper or thin wood panels should be framed. Framing is the buyer’s responsibility—and a great way to enhance the piece.

Care – Unframed wood reliefs and varnished canvas paintings can be dusted with a microfiber cloth.

COLLECTORS & TRADE INQUIRIES

Collectors – If you’re building a personal collection of my work, thank you! I’m always happy to answer questions about available pieces or upcoming work.

Interior Designers & Art Consultants – Please email helenzigastudio@gmail.com to discuss your project needs. I enjoy working with design professionals and am happy to collaborate on sourcing the right pieces.

SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping Only
Artwork ships within 5–7 business days via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
International shipping is not available.

Local Pickup
Pickup by appointment is available at the Atlanta Street Art Collective in Roswell, GA. Email to schedule.

Please open your package the day it arrives to avoid refund issues.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

If your artwork arrives damaged:

Photograph the damage (art and packaging).
Email the photos to helenzigastudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Return instructions will be provided.

Damaged artwork must be shipped back within 7 days of reporting the damage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind after delivery or in-person purchase, email to initiate a return. You have 7 days to ship or arrange delivery of the artwork back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. A refund will be issued once the work is received.

Returns are accepted as follows:

Within 2 weeks: Full refund
After 2 weeks: 75% refund
After 3 weeks: 50% refund
No returns after 30 days

Artwork purchased through other galleries or businesses cannot be returned to Helen Ziga Studio.

COPYRIGHT

Helen Ziga retains copyright of all images and purchases. Purchased art provides the customer with the right to display the artwork for personal use only.

ART RENTAL & COMMERCIAL USE

Art Rental

Artwork is available for short-term rental in the Atlanta metro area for home staging, TV, film, and marketing use.

Attribution

When sharing photos of interiors featuring Helen Ziga artwork, please tag @helenzigastudio or credit Helen Ziga on your website.

Reproduction & Commercial Use

Any reproduction or commercial use requires permission, a contract, and payment. Please email helenzigastudio@gmail.com to discuss licensing or rental.
